Eligible services

Coaching time is a personal service. Cooling-off rights for distance contracts apply under Dutch consumer law when you purchase as a private individual outside an on-site visit.

Withdrawal window

You may withdraw within fourteen days of purchase if no session has started and no custom materials were delivered. Once the first session begins, fees cover preparation hours already invested.

How to request a change

Email the studio from the address used during booking and include the invoice number. Approved refunds return to the original payment path where banking rules allow, usually within fourteen banking days.

Partial use

If a multi-session block stops mid-way for reasons outside our control, unused sessions convert to credit for a future block for six months unless law requires cash return.
