Coaching focuses on education and habit support for generally healthy adults. It is not medical nutrition therapy, emergency assistance, or psychological counselling unless separately contracted with licensed providers you choose.

Materials are provided for information. The studio is not liable for indirect damages arising from site downtime, third-party tools, or decisions you make after reading general guidance.
